COMFIT of a man police would like to speak to in connection with the attempted abduction of a boy at the Wollongong Botanic Gardens.
Wollongong detectives have released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the attempted abduction of a boy on October 1.
The nine-year-old boy was playing at Wollongong's Botanic Gardens when a stranger twice attempted to entice him into bushes. The man grabbed the boy, covering his mouth and telling him "not to scream", but he managed to break free.
The male is described as being 35-40 years old, 165-170cm tall, of medium build, with short grey hair.
