Old farm houses and grand estates will kindly open their doors to those with green thumbs so they can admire rose beds, natives, elaborate vegie patches and garden sculptures.
Each Festival raises money for local charities and not-for-profit groups.

Meantime, artist Bruce Chanter will show his exhibition of paintings called “All Abloom” at the Our Bookshop and Cafe to coincide with the festival.
“The natural light, changing during the day, effects their colour and often the dappled light in different parts of the garden throws up splendid variations through the petals,” he said.
“Capturing light is what excites me as an artist and has certainly been the challenge of this collection.”
Chanter’s exhibition will run until the end of October.
