Police are investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash in the Southern Highlands on Friday.
Emergency services were called to Sheepwash Drive at Avoca, about 20 kilometres south of Bowral, just before 4pm after a southbound Mazda 3 left the road and hit a tree.
The driver and sole occupant, a 35-year-old Bowral woman, died at the scene.
Officers from Goulburn Local Area Command attended and began an investigation into the crash.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident, or the events leading up to it, and who hasn’t already spoken to police.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
