The 24-year-old Gonzaga alumn is unlikely to suit up for the Breakers clash with Cairns on Friday but could make his NBL debut against Perth on Sunday and will likely take to the court against Illawarra Friday week.
The 5’11 point-guard was named for the 2014 WCC All-Tournament Team after helping Gonzaga win take out the tournament before going un-drafted in 2014.
He had brief stints with the Sacramento Kings and Washington Wizards before turning out in the NBA D League with Reno, including a league record 22 assists for against the Texas Legends in 2015.
“David is someone we have spoken to before, he was on our radar in the off-season before he decided to head to Europe and we are delighted that he has committed to us now,” Breakers General Manager Dillon Boucher said.
