The company’s chief executive officer Milind Oza has been appointed to fill Mr Bhura’s spot on the board, WCL told the Australian Securities Exchange.
Mr Bhura was appointed to the board in May 2015.

ASX filings show neither Mr Bhura nor Mr Oza hold any shares in the company they direct. The share prize remains around 0.8 cents.
