Why Documentaries was also a finalist in the Business Diversity Award category at the Sydney Opera House hosted event.
The success follows the production of a film called From Foe to Friends.
Ms Pires said to make the final was a great honour for the business that did considerable work relating to multicultural marketing.
She said that included video production and social media strategies for video content for organisations trying to reach niche audiences to deliver messages that lead to behavioural change.
“I think it's everyone's responsibility to work towards harmony,” she said.
