All seven directors and chief executive met for the first time on Wednesday after the Annual General Meeting election in late November.
Chairman Barry Vandenbergh and chief executive Peter de Vries said the election came at an exciting time for the club that is awaiting the approval of a development application for a second racing circuit inside the present race track.
“That will be in excess of $8 million work,” Mr de Vries said.
Board members are Mr Vandenbergh, Matt Howlin, Reg Curnow, Ross Farrell, John Fletcher, Paul Mack and Tony Stephen.
Mr Mack is the newest member elected to the board for a three year term.
Mr Farrell and Mr Vandenbergh were re-elected for another three years.

Kembla Grange Racecourse has staged 34 racing events in 2016 (including 22 Saturdays) and expects to continue to run a similar event calendar in 2017 and beyond.
“We have had a very successful 12 months,” Mr de Vries said.
“We have had good profits two years in a row. The club is operating extremely well. We feel very bouyant and we look forward to the following 12 months.”
The Granstand was recently refurbished and seating replaced.
