It is at this time of year most people look forward to time off work, enjoying the summer weather and relaxing.
However, unfortunately there have also been a number of reports of theft and vandalism in the region.
Kiama Harbour is one location recently attacked, the incident happening sometime early on Christmas Eve, with a railing destroyed and safety gate some four metres off the tarmac.
It happened early in the evening before 9.30pm and anyone who seen any such activity are asked to contact Kiama Police.
