Last year the museum, based at the Illawarra Regional Airport at Albion Park Rail, acquired the three aircraft which all played an important role in Australian aviation history.
President Bob De La Hunty said families had been flocking to the museum during the school holidays.
This Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a number of aircraft would be out on the airfield tarmac to add to the experience.
‘’Earlier in 2016 HARS acquired three key aircraft,’’ he said.
‘’The first was the TAA DC3, the first aircraft to operate for TAA. As well, for the first time since arriving from South Africa our Convair VH-TAA will be open for internal viewing.
‘’Lastly, we have our latest arrival at HARS which will be on show for external viewing, so come and see our new secret bomber.’’
A range of other aircraft – including the Qantas 747 and former RAAF F111 fighter bomber – will also be available for inspection.
