Make sure your training goals have two very important elements. Goals need to be:
Measurable. You need to be able quantify the improvement and show that progress has been made. For example a waist measurement or a fitness test are great examples of allowing a goal to be measurable.
Realistic. The goals you set need to be realistic otherwise it is very easy to lose motivation and direction. Don’t set your goals at an unattainable level or in contrast don’t make them incredible easy that you slacken off.
