Lake Illawarra duty officer, Acting Inspector Lee Ingmire, said access was gained after a ground-floor side window was smashed between 6pm on Friday and 5am Monday.
“The offenders rummaged through cupboards and drawers, and have been able to access adjoining rooms,” she said.
“In one of the rooms they’ve thrown paint around the room and over an interactive whiteboard, damaging it beyond repair.”
She said no items had been listed as stolen.
