This Saturday (February 25) Finding Dory will be on at Dapto’s Reed Park with gates open at 6pm.
Minions – the prequel to the Despicable Me franchise – will be on at Corrimal’s Robert Ziems Park on March 4.
Gates open at 6pm for both events and the movies will start on dark at approximately 8pm.
Lord Mayor Gordon Bradbery said the free movie events were popular with families, allowing them to picnic in a local park with family and friends.
“It’s a lovely way to spend a summer Saturday evening and I’d encourage everyone to join in the fun of this free event,” he said.
Movie-goers should bring their own picnic blanket, beanbag or low-rise chairs.
Light refreshments and food are available, or people can take their own picnic or snacks. Both events are alcohol and glass free.
