NSW Seniors Festival, running from March 3 - 12, has plenty of local events on offer in your area.
These events and discounted offers will be available to seniors over the age of 60 thanks to the support of government, community and commercial organisations that deliver hundreds of events across the state.
Creative activities
Hosted by Wollongong City Library, you can present your travel memories creatively in an engaging style using blogs, journals and digital scrapbooking.
Bring writing materials and photos for reference to the Seniors Festival Travel Writing Workshop at 46 Burelli Street, Wollongong.

Actress Camilla Blunden’s one-woman show fusing myth and contemporary anecdote “All This Living!” is free on March 3 at Wollongong Art Gallery.
Camilla mixes humour with home truths to portray a woman asserting her identity and celebrating the third stage of her life.

On the Road 65 Plus – seniors in Kiama and surrounds are invited to a free workshop offering advice and safety tips to help people aged 65 or over to make safer choices when driving, riding, walking or using a mobility scooter.

Silver Fox Computer Session - Kiama Community College will be running a computer ‘drop in’ session. This event is free on March 6 from 3-5pm. Bookings essential - 4232 1050.
