A search is underway at a Kiama headland for a man who is believed to have been missing since last night.

Emergency services were called to Bombo Quarry, just north of Kiama, at 8pm following a concern for welfare.
Police from Lake Illawarra Local Area Command found a number of items on the headland.
Police said they “hold significant concerns for a man’s welfare” as a result of the property being found.
Last night, a search started with the assistance of Police Rescue, SES and the Ambulance Helicopter.
The search was suspended at 9.30pm last night due to poor light.
The search restarted at 8.30am and involves police from Lake Illawarra Local area Command, Marine Area Command, Police Rescue, PolAir and the SES.
