Raptors extended their lead in Illawarra mens Premier League squash after winning all three rubbers against Bulls in round six.

Raptors were too strong in the battle of the top two clubs with No 1 Aaron Graham edging out Ray Payne 3-2, Chris Ireland (No 2) having a 3-0 win over Peter Bullman and Darren Ireland beating the Bulls No 3 John Mabon 3-1.

Raptors won 18-3 on points to consolidate top spot while Bulls slipped to third.

Superoos claimed second spot with a 18 points to three, three rubbers to nil win over Greyhounds.

Simon Summers lead the way for Superoos with a 3-0 win over Greyhounds No 1 Dubravko Akmacic.

In Wednesday’s round seven at Bomaderry, Eagles take on Greyhounds and Superoos face Bulls.

Illawarra’s top mens squash comp continues through to May before finals.
