After winning their season-opener last weekend, the Wolves could emulate the performance against a high-quality Olympic outfit at Belmore Sports Ground.
Olympic led 1-0 at the break after an early goal from William Angel and had the match at their mercy when Niko Tsatttalios came off the bench to add a second in the 71st minute.
Jason Madonis added a third shortly after before Yuzo Tashiro scored a late consolation goal for the Wolves.
Wolves coach Jacob Timpano felt his side’s limited preparation due to wet conditions played a part in the result
“They are a very good team, probably the strongest we have come up against, but in saying we were a bit flat,” he said.
“Once they got the early goal, we steadied the ship but then they just got a couple of quick ones to finish us off.”
