In the past 30 days Bellambi has recorded 23 days of rain and 24 at Albion Park and Kiama.
Already Bellambi has been drenched with 331 milimetres of rain since the beginning of March, far surpassing the month’s average of 110.1mm according to the Bureau of Meteorology.
Albion Park has already copped 349mm of rain and Kiama 288.6mm this month so far.
It looks like there’s more to come with the Bureau forecasting clouds to loom over the next few days before heavy rain on Thursday with 20mm to 40mm so far predicted, as of Sunday evening. Showers are then expected to round out the week.
Temperatures will remain in the mid to high-20s before dropping to the low-20s towards the end of the week.
