Formed in 2000, Viva was originally a multi-day arts and cultural festival, at one point stretching up to 16 days.
It was relaunched in its current one-day format in 2007, after a survey found the community wanted increased participation, more attractions and local cultural events.
A decade on, residents are being asked to tell the council what’s missing from the festival, how it’s different to other events and what works well.
They’ve also been asked to design their ideal program, or if they haven’t attended in the past, to name some events which would encourage them to go along.
Feedback closes on April 28.
The council will report back on key outcomes of the survey by the end of May and make recommendations about how Viva La Gong could be changed in the future.
