So much so zookeepers at the family run Helensburgh zoo have moved away from their typical Australiana and exotic animal videos this weekend to showcase adorable farmyard animals of all shapes and sizes.
With Kevin Fallon’s help they filmed rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs, chicks, sheep and goats to spread the love this Easter with everyone online. Visitors to the wildlife park have also enjoyed watching the action.
The Farmyard is home to more than 100 farmyard animals of all shapes and sizes.
In the early days of what started life as Symbio Wildlife Gardens more than two decades ago the farmyard animals were a favourite with visitors, especially children,
“It is already proving to be a visitor favourite as the public can hand feed and pat all the animals,” Mr Radnidge said.
This Easter Symbio Wildlife Park’s zookeepers have also provided an opportunity for families and children from throughout the Illawarra and Southern Sydney to take a selfie in a purpose built Easter happy snap area.
