There are a number of changes you can administer to ensure you start making those improvements you deserve. These changes include:
Start doing interval work whilst your run, cycle or using a piece of cardio equipment at the gym. This requires periods of high intensity followed by periods of low intensity.
Use higher levels of resistance.
Instead of running your regular course choose the beach and run on soft sand.
Change the style of training so instead of cycling swim, or instead of running use the rower.
Fitness tests yourself every 3 months to show your improvement.
