The Gorillas were outgunned by premiers Gerringong last weekend, leaving coach Aaron Henry to lament giving “too many penalties away and dropped too much ball”.
After remarkable rise last season, Port couldn’t match Kiama, but have overpowered Albion Park-Oak Flats and first grade newcomers Stingrays.
It’s an important early-season battle for Port and Warilla, with both teams on the edge of the top five.
The Stingrays, who have proven a handful even though they are yet to record a victory, will have to contain Kiama’s firepower on Sunday.
The Knights have piled on 90 points in their three games, the best attacking record in the competition.
