And thousands of people dropped by the Black Beach harbour precinct to enjoy all the activities on offer at the K.I.S.S. Arts Festival.
The brainchild of Kiama residents and performers Dave Evans and Tamara Campbell, interesting, unique and talented acts once again took pride of place at the sixth annual Kiama International Seaside Arts Festival.
Festival director Dave Evans said visitors on Saturday enjoyed checking out Indian street magician Jaardu as well as acrobatic/fire show duo Dream State Circus (Western Australia).
‘’The Tree Top circus performers also put on a great aerial trapeze show, while the Air KISS tent was also popular,’’ he said.
‘’Sunday’s main highlight though is the Raft Race across the harbour. There’s a fun rivalry this year between the Gerringong Men’s Shed and the Kiama Men’s Shed. There’s a lot of local interest.’’
