A Yuzo Tashiro masterclass paved the way for the Wollongong Wolves to secure back-to-back wins in a 3-0 triumph over struggling Sutherland Sharks at Seymour Shaw Park on Saturday night.

Tashiro scored a double, but could be awarded a hat-trick on review, in what was one of the Japanese star’s best displays in a Wolves shirt.
Wolves coach Jacob Timpano was rapt with his goal-scoring forward.
“He was very good,” he said.
“We said from the start that he would take some time to adjust and get going.
“The last two weeks he has really stepped up and shown his class.
“I think there will be more improvement in him as we go.”
Tashiro opened his account just seven minutes in when he poked the ball past Nikolas Loe.
He doubled his tally from the penalty spot in the 66th minute after Chilean Nico Bernal was brought down in the area.
The third goal came with two minutes remaining from a Brendan Griffin cross which eventually found its way into the net.
It sealed the Wolves second consecutive win.
“We knew it was going to be tough and it was,” Timpano said.
“It wasn’t a roll over. We started the game really well like we did last week and got an early goal.
“They had some patches where we had to weather the storm and then we got the two goals in the second half.”
The win moves the Wolves just a win outside the top-five in seventh on the NSW NPL Men’s 1 ladder.
