The ladder leaders were always in control as they chalked up their seventh straight victory in front of their home crowd.
Guy Knight, Dylan Lewis and Ben McDonald all got on the scoresheet.
The triumph keeps them three points clear of Wollongong Olympic at the top of the competition.
Bulli coach Matt Bailey was rapt with his troops, but said his club’s excellent start to the campaign came as no surprise.
“We have put in a lot of hard work and effort to get where we are,” he said.
“We know we have the quality there and just have to keep it going.
“The job is not done yet. We know we have a long way to go.”
Bulli came into Saturday’s match on the back of six straight wins and were quickly on their way to a seventh when Knight finished a well worked move in the 8th minute.
McDonald doubled the advantage just before the break in scrappy fashion before Lewis sealed the deal two minutes into the second half.
“It wasn’t our most complete performance but we got the job done,” Bailey said.
“We kept a clean sheet which was good.
“In the second half we really started to look towards Wednesday’s game [against Blacktown City] so we took off some of our more senior players.”
Bulli meet Blacktown on Wednesday for a spot in the FFA Cup round of 32.
