It follows the recent sale of AMCAL Max Dapto by Mr Abba and his business partners Anne McQueen and Andrew Bartlett to Blooms. The sale was finalised on May 31.
“I have been practicing in Dapto for 45 years. Blooms will provide the same professional service to what our customers are used to in the pharmacy since Dapto Mall opened in March 1987. This will obviously be appreciated by not only our excellent staff, but also our loyal customers,” he said.
Mr Abba said he will miss the daily interaction with people in the pharmacy but after qualifying 52 years ago it was time to retire, travel and continue his community work as a Rotarian.
