The closure has forced plenty of motorists to take the long way around, via Campbelltown or Wollongong.
Wollondilly Shire Council hired a contractor to repair the bridge and work started in March this year.
Mayor Judith Hannan said that, barring poor weather over the next week, the pass will reopen on July 1.
“Council would like to thank the community for their patience over the past year,” Cr Hannan said.
“We know the impact this has had to local businesses and those that use the road frequently.”
Acting general manager Ally Dench said further works were done while the bridge as being fixed.
“Along with the repairs to the bridge we have completed a series of additional works on both sides of the pass,” Ms Dench said.
“This is to extend the lifespan of the wall and limit the need for full road closures over the coming years.”
