The band consists of James Vann on Vocals/Guitar, Cameron Little on Guitar/Keys/Backing Vocals, Lachlan Jones on Drums and Tom Switlek on Bass. Hailing from Kiama, the band has been on more tours than you can poke a stick at and are still only in their very early twenties.
Their latest tour saw the band tour the east coast from Melbourne to Brisbane with sell-out shows at The Metro Lair in Sydney and at the Unibar in Wollongong.
With a few EPs already under their belt, The Vanns are now focused on writing and recording their debut album and preparing for their next local show with British rockers Catfish & the Bottlemen and Bishop Briggs. The ‘official Splendor sideshow’ will also see local legend Bec Sandridge perform and is on July 25 at Wollongong Uni Hall. For tickets visit moshtix.
