Broccoli:  Broccoli is a very low calorie vegetable (35-40 calories per 100g)  bursting with cancer fighting anti-oxidants, as well as being rich in dietary fibre and vitamin A and C.

Salmon:  Salmon is high in Omega 3 fatty acids which play a vital role in reducing cholesterol and reducing blood pressure.

 Avocado:  This creamy vegetable is rich in monounsaturated fats. These fats improve your cholesterol profile and decrease the amount of fats floating around in your blood.
