A 49-year-old woman will face court in September charged with several offences following a double fatal crash at Pheasants Nest in March.

The woman was driving her Holden Astra along the Hume Motorway, one kilometre south of the Picton Road turn-off, when she allegedly crossed the median strip and hit a Madza four-wheel drive head on.
Julie Bullock was behind the wheel of the Mazda, taking her 7-year-old twins Sienna and Hudson to school at Wollondilly. Ms Bullock died at the scene while Hudson was transported to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition but later died.
Sienna survived the crash but was taken to The Children's Hospital at Westmead in a critical condition with head and chest injuries.
The 49-year-old woman was also taken to hospital in a critical condition following the crash but investigators will allege that her negligent and dangerous driving was the cause of the accident.
She will face Picton Local Court on September 5, charged with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death, dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and negligent driving occasioning death.
