Travelling to Manly on Saturday, the Saints held the Wolves to just two points after half-time, recording an 8.2 (50) to 2.3 (15) win.
Kate Stanton, who played for the GWS Giants in the inaugural AFL Women’s league earlier this year, kicked two goals.
Rylee McGartland also finished with two majors, with Laura Donnelly and Kristy Church their best.
The win means the Saints finish the regular season with a 16-1 record and phenomenal percentage of 875.57.
The Saints led by 13 points at half-time.
Manly are second, with the Western Magic, the only team to beat Wollongong, also rated a genuine premiership hope.
With the finals starting next weekend, the AFL Sydney Women’s grand finals will be played at Blacktown International Sports Park on Sunday, September 17.
