The new townhome designs were recently unveiled and available for purchase off the plan. Prospective buyers were able to lodge their interest via online registration.
Frasers Property Australia and Shellharbour City Council announced the immediate sell-out of the four and five-bedroom townhomes, which included a selection with in-ground plunge pools.
Buyers paid between $1,025,000 and $1,135,000 for the five-bedroom Odyssey townhomes, located on corner lots and featuring eight-metre frontages.
Some also feature in-ground plunge pools.
The four-bedroom Sails townhomes, which sold for between $890,000 and $940,000, have 7.5-metre frontages and feature master bedroom suites with a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, large parents’ retreat and balcony.
Glenn Colquhoun, development director - Shell Cove said demand for homes in The Waterfront is expected to remain strong as more buyers realise the area’s appeal.

“This week’s sales result shows buyers are really embracing The Waterfront and demand will only continue to grow as the community takes shape,” he said.
Shell Cove is a joint development between Shellharbour City Council and Frasers Property Australia.
A Frasers spokesperson said the next land release at Shell Cove will be going to ballot on September 23.
The spokesperson also said that work on the construction of the town centre will begin in the next couple of weeks.
The town centre will include a retail precinct anchored by a Woolworths.
