Playing at Dapto Showground, the Cougars edged out Wests in the division one grand final 28-24.
Jack Rogers crashed over with the scores locked at 24-all in the closing stages.
Zane Timmins, the nephew of NSW State of Origin and St George Illawarra great Shaun Timmins was named player of the match.
Coached by Noel Spepulveda and Wayne Rohoseink, Corrimal’s victory shows green shoots of success for a club which has struggled in the senior ranks in recent times.
“It was a bit of a thriller, Wests were pressuring our line at the end,” trainer Dean Antony said.
“It was a great game, Wests played well, but to finish the season unbeaten is a great achievement for our boys.”
Corrimal’s 10 years division two team made a stunning run to the grand final, but missed out on the premiership, with Northern Suburbs winning 32-24.
Elsewhere, Shellharbour finished with three trophies, winning the 12 years division one, 11 years division two and 10 years league tag competitions.
Collegians claimed 14 and 12 years league tag wins, while Woonona (16s league tag), Wests (11 years division one) and Port Kembla (12 years division two) also celebrated.
