The Northbeach Pavilion Pizza Restaurant, Bar & Kiosk was recently listed for sale.
It is on the market for $950,000 plus stock at value.
The business has been listed for sale by Conti Business Brokers.
The business is located in the heritage-listed North Beach Bathers’ Pavilion at North Wollongong Beach.
The 1930’s building has previously undergone a major renovation by Wollongong City Council to restore it to its former glory.
Enzo Conti from Conti Business Brokers said the business offered authentic Italian cuisine and a “mesmerising” view.
The Pavilion Kiosk offers takeaway items with outdoor boardwalk seating directly over the sand.
The current owners won the tender when the pavilion was refurbished, and the business was opened in late 2012.
Mr Conti described this “a rare opportunity not to be missed” due to its impressive location.
“A business like this in that location does not come up very often,” he said.
“It’s very rare for council sites to change hands, as they’re often in very good locations.
“There’s also the authenticity of the food that is appealing.
“It’s a very good restaurant, and the atmosphere of where you’re sitting is great.
“You’re right on the beach there.”

According to Mr Conti, the fit-out aims to reflect the Italian heritage of the food and the location on North Wollongong Beach.
He further described the restaurant as a light-filled space with a contemporary yet casual dining room, and courtyard seating.
For many years prior to 2012, the North Beach Bathers’ Pavilion had been regarded by many as a grand old building which sat there as a prominent landmark yet was not used to its full potential.
In September 2012, the council officially re-opened the pavilion, which has been closed since March 2011 for refurbishment.
Courtesy of a big restoration budget and best practice planning, Wollongong City Council sought to re-establish the historic building as a focal point for the community.
