Local residents have already been advised multiple semi-trailers will be accessing the stadium via the Southern Stand before and after the event to build the stage then load it out.
Stop/Slow traffic control will be in place on Harbour Street (between Bank and Stewart Street) from Tuesday September 19 to Saturday September 22 again on Monday September 25 and Tuesday September 26.
On Sunday September 24 Harbour Street will be closed between Stewart and Crown Streets from 3pm to 10pm to accommodate the 20,000 fans heading to the stadium to watch the concert.
The NSW Transport Management Centre has also advised motorists to expect delays on Sunday and advise the use of public transport where possible while parking will also be in high demand.
They expect traffic to be heavy around WIN Stadium including Crown Street, Burelli Street and Corrimal Street, while motorists should be extra careful for pedestrians.
