Habitat in danger?
In response to Mr McDougall my grandchildren and I were participating in the planting of native ground cover on Sandon Point plants which in no way would interfere with anyone's precious view.

As this was on public land and under the supervision of Council employees we didn't think we needed permission to do so.
However the fact that fires poison and chain saws are now being used to obliterate native vegetation should be a major concern to anyone who cares for the natural environment Mr McDougall included.
Oh and if he sees a yellow tailed cockatoo on his block I suggest he takes a picture quick because at the rate that habitat is being destroyed they won't be around for much longer

Expensive vote fiasco
All this money being spent on this postal vote fiasco, I think would have made much more sense to have been spent on more fire fighting aircraft, as at the present time there is about one hundred fires in the state, or more specialized equipment for our hospitals.
But then I guess there is not much sense in Canberra.

No room for bullies
Most of us remember the school bullies, the kids who were stronger or who had support from powerful teachers or parents.
The kids who tried to rule the playground with threats intimidation and violence.
The same kids who would run screaming to the teachers if anyone dared to stand up to them and insult them or thump them back.
If you don’t remember these bullies then the chances are you were one of them.
We now have a situation where the very people who have tortured insulted threatened vilified bashed and murdered gay people are screaming foul because YES voters are refusing to accept the abuse they have dished out for so long.
We see those who have insulted gay people all their lives reeling in shock and horror because a few people have dared to insult them.
We see those who have bashed gay people all their lives screaming because the YES vote has landed a few blows.
How cowardly these bullies are.
If you dislike gay people that much at least have the decency to be honest and say what you think, if you oppose equality under our law for your fellow Australians be brave enough to admit that.
I hated bullies at school.
I still hate these snivelling cowardly people who demand the right to tell others what to do then complain how unfair it is when those who they wish to bully fight back.

Shift the focus
If being born in this country does not make you an Australian then what does?
How can the nationality of your ancestors affect where you are born and if this is so then we will have to close all our Parliaments as every one there is subject to a foreign alliance as they all have a commitment to the Queen of Britain.
What a load of absolute crap they talk, they are obsessed with homosexuality and who can behave like spiteful children than what they should be and that is the welfare of all Australians.
If they can remember just who those good people are and who they profess to represent.
Just who the hell can we vote for at an election as this present crop have gone to seed.
They believe that greed and corruption are good just like the Westminster system.
I have great respect for the Queen as she has serve the British people well.
It's a pity she cannot put them in the tower for life.
