Frasers Property Australia and Shellharbour City Council released the 18 lots, called the Oystercatcher release.
The sale took place via ballot on September 23.
Buyers paid between $540,000 to $785,000 for the lots, which range in size from 331sqm to 517sqm and feature street frontages of between 11m and 17m.
The lots are located on Brigantine Drive and Curlew Avenue, Shell Cove, 200 metres from the edge of the future marina and 400 metres to the north of the town centre, overlooking the established wetlands park.
“We were expecting strong demand for the land in this release, due to its location close to the town centre and marina, and we were not disappointed,” Glenn Colquhoun, development director – Shell Cove, Frasers Property Australia said.
The Oystercatcher release was the second land-only offering in the master-planned community this year.
