Daniel Sarkis, 30, is facing seven counts of obtaining property by deception, two counts of possessing a restricted substance, and two counts of possessing a prohibited weapon after he was arrested last Tuesday by members of Strike Force Raptor.
It is alleged Sarkis obtained phones from Telstra, Optus and Vodafone in the name of five clients from his Northern Beaches business between May 2016 and September 2017.
Police seized mobile phones, SIM cards, steroids, valium, an extendable baton, steel handcuffs, and Mongols colours and patches during a search of his Dee Why home last Monday.
He’s also on separate charges of intimidating and assaulting a Warilla man in September.
That matter has been set down for hearing in Wollongong next February.
Meantime, Sarkis will front Manly court next week on the fraud charges.
He remains on police bail.
