Definition Fitness owner and head coach Daniel Knust is representing the Illawarra and NSW in Melbourne this weekend after winning a state body building title last week.

After more six months intense training Mr Knust competed in the ICN Natural Body Building Competition and took out the main title.
“I managed to take out my division in the natural body building competition up in Sydney and then go on to win the overall making me state champion. It means I now go on to compete at the nationals down in Melbourne on Saturday..to try and take out the best Natural Bodybuilder in Australia,” he said.
Mr Knust said it had taken him five years of training to get to this point. He came second in his division when he last competed two years ago.
