Peoplecare was one of thousands of organisations in more than 60 countries to acknowledge their people who work in customer service and the critical role they play in the organisation.
Peoplecare employs 67 people in the area and rewarded them by inviting them to take part in celebrations such as a barbecue lunch, staff-run yoga sessions, beach walks, lawn bowls, giveaways including early marks and a ‘Wall of Fame’ to showcase the talented members of the customer service team.
Chief executive Michael Bassingthwaighte personally acknowledged Peoplecare’s customer service team for their work and said it was importance to continually recognise people for their essential contribution to the organisation’s ongoing success.
“Put simply, we wouldn’t exist without our exceptional customer service team,” he said.
“They are the first point of call for all Peoplecare members and new enquiries, and always go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. One of the main ways we measure Peoplecare’s success is member satisfaction; without customer service that delivers each and every time, we couldn’t achieve this goal.”
Peoplecare’s customer service team received a 97.3 per cent satisfaction rate outcome in the independent 2017 Peopelcare Member Satisfaction Survey1.
