However, after a while their bodies and mind adapt to the program and this routine inevitably needs a change.
Signs that your training routine needs a change include:
You start to get injured more often and joint soreness becomes more prevalent;
You have had no real change to your fitness, strength or shape;
You begin making excuses on why “not” to train;
Your motivation levels are low;
Other people training around you know your routine.
