The request can be made until 6pm on Friday, via the Australian Bureau of Statistics’ marriage survey website.
Overseas voters also have until 6pm (local time) to request a secure access code to ensure they can vote in the survey.
Then, the final date for posting back surveys to make sure they are counted is next Friday (October 27).
Last week, the ABS revealed 10.8 million forms (of the roughly 16 million sent out) had been returned at the latest count.
The survey closes on November 7 and results will be published on the ABS website on November 15.
The Australian Statistician will publish a statement on the quality and integrity of the survey, which is expected to return a “Yes” result according to polls.
