With just one 50 over match remaining before the South Coast competition shifts to the Twenty20 format, the Lakers will be looking to maintain the momentum they have built throughout the past month.
The unbeaten start has been fueled by the return of Kerrod White, who has scored 181 runs at an average of 60.3. Aaron Henry has also starred with the ball, picking up eight wickets in three games.
Such has been the dominance of the Lake Illawarra batting lineup, Henry, batting at 10, hasn’t been forced to pad up once this season.
Oak Flats have started the season slowly, winning one of their opening three games before last week’s match was washed out. The team will be missing Brynley Richards due to Country Championships duties, but they will be hoping to use the match as a launching pad for the Twenty20 rounds.
