A three-month-old baby has been airlifted from Shoalhaven Hospital to Westmead Children’s Hospital with suspected head and chest injuries following a crash on the Princes Highway at Falls Creek.

The Princes Highway is closed in both directions between Falls Creek and Tomerong. The Crash Investigation Unit is attending.
Two NSW Ambulance helicopters were called to the scene.
A woman, aged 61, had to be cut from her car by ambulance paramedics.
She was airlifted to Canberra with a fractured leg. The boy was initially airlifted to Shoalhaven Hospital before being flown to Westmead in a serious condition.
Southbound motorists are being diverted via Jervis Bay Road, Pine Forest Road and Hawken Road.
Northbound motorists are being diverted via Hawken Road, Pine Forest Road and Jervis Bay Road.
These diversions are not suitable for heavy vehicles, which are being parked at the site.
Motorists are advised to allow additional travel time and exercise caution.
