The grand British Colonial-style residence was built in 1992 just a year after the couple bought the 77 hectare, cattle-grazing property for $300,000.
The seven-bedroom residence with the colonnaded entry and was inspired by a historic mansion the couple saw in Singapore during their time as Asia-based expats.
It comes with a three-bedroom caretaker's cottage, landscaped gardens by James Pfeiffer, north- south tennis court, croquet lawn, walled rose garden, orchard, and, of course, space for a helipad.
