The author will host a book launch this Saturday at Austinmer Scout Hall on Moore Street from 1pm with a representative from Brolga and hopes she was able to convince them to publish more of her books.

“My main passion in life is writing so my dream was to find a publisher to publish for me, to do the hard work … my dream is coming true.”
Ms Ellis said many people have the misconception it couldn’t be hard to pen a children’s picture book but said on the contrary , “it’s one of the hardest genres”.
Her self-published books in the Rusty Rumble series can be found on her website, while Mr Crocodile’s Cooking Class can be found in many good book stores and eStores.
