IMB Bank recently ran its Design an Ad competition for school students in 2017 as part of an initiative with Fairfax’s Australian Community Media (ACM) network.

The annual event involves students, teachers and IMB getting creative in a unique way. This year it again involved primary and high school students creating an ad for IMB Bank who looked at them all before providing a shortlist of finalists that were judged by ACM.
The winning primary school IN 2017 was Mt St Thomas Public School which collected $1000. The winning primary student was Jade Hodson. Second place went to Amira Rankin, of Austinmer Public School and third to Emily Johnson from the same school.
The winning high school also collected $1000 for its student’s effort was Woonona High School and the winning student was Sophie Casali. Second place went to Jorgia Camilleri who also goes to Woonona High and third place was won by Lauren Robinson, of Albion Park High School.
