Felix had seven points and seven rebounds in 22 minutes on the floor in United’s 23-point win over Sydney last week after being started by Vickerman.
This week’s clash at the WEC promises to be a step up, with Vickerman labeling Conger the NBL’s form player.
“It’s a great challenge they’re playing amazing basketball at the moment,” Vickerman told Melbourne’s website.
“They’ve had some high level scoring and Conger’s probably been the best player in the league the last few games. Carrick will have a great assignment and it’ll be a great match-up between those two.
“We’re going to their place to try and close out a series. We’ve got them a couple of times [this season] and to win on the road to go three up is going to be a tough task.”
