Hundreds of people turned out on Saturday morning for free concerts at the annual HONK! Oz street music festival in Wollongong.

The annual event full of sound and colour always provides a perfect lead up to the annual Illawarra Jazz Festival in Bulli and this year proved no exception.

HONK! Oz started on Thursday and finished on Saturday with a variety of music, street art and free workshops for children.

As usual there was plenty of fun, excitement and energy on Saturday morning in the Wollongong Arts Precinct from 10am. That followed a good warm up on Friday night with a Pre-Honk occurring from 5pm near Wollongong Town Hall and tourism information centre.
