The Wollongong based not-for-profit national health fund is the official health and member partner of the Hawks and wanted to hose a one-of-a-kind training session with Clarke and 14 lucky people.
Peoplecare members were invited to enter a competition on social media with the winners getting the chance to learn from the best and sharpen their basketball skills in a private session with the popular player.
The experience between 9am and 10am will include a live team shooting session with the entire Illawarra Hawks team.
Peoplecare deputy chief executive Dale Cairney said the Peoplecare team was passionate about promoting healthy living to the Illawarra community.
“So we are incredibly proud to be hosting this one-of-a-kind training session,” he said.
Clarke said a national sporting club proudly representing the Illawarra region the Hawks were grateful to be able to partner with Peoplecare “and share our passion for basketball with the local community”
“The community always get behind us with their support, so I’m glad we can support them through this initiative too,” he said.
