ARIA-award winners and top Australian comedians are set to be part of the Wollongong Spiegeltent season with the full program announced on Monday.

Merrigong Theatre Company’s temporary big top will be set up in the Arts Precinct from April 12 to May 6.
The headline production – a cabaret circus show called Limbo – will be complemented by a mixture of dance, cabaret, music and comedy from local, national and international talent.
Bringing the laughs will be Judith Lucy and Denise Scott, Tom Gleeson, Peter Helliar, Dave Hughes, Sam Simmons and Gretel Killeen.
Musical acts include All Our Exes Live in Texas, Dan Sultan, The Black Sorrows, Trevor Ashley, The Audreys, Emma Pask and Kate Miller-Heidke. Cultural performances are also part of the mix with Djuki Mala, Gawurra and Yana Alana.
While Illawarra represents with performances by So Popera, Circus Monoxide, Wollongong Conservatorium opera singers and musicians, plus Merrigong’s Made From Scratch initiative which supports up-and-coming talent.
